Refund & Return Policy (effective as of 01-01-2022)
All sales are final, and goods purchased are non-refundable. We also do not offer any money-back guarantees.
Return / Replacement
We inspect all of our items carefully before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes items can be damaged during delivery and shipment. If you hreceived incorrect items, missing items or damaged/defective items, you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement by sending us a written request within 3 business days of receiving your item. If 3 business days have gone by since you first received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange / replacement.
Defective/damaged items (i.e. contents in the box) and incorrect items can only be exchanged with the same item or correct item (subject to stock availability) or online store credit of the same amount. Please note that return or replacement is not applicable to dented or destroyed packaging box damaged during delivery and shipment due to events out of the control of the sender.
To be eligible for a return / replacement, your item must be an unused original priced item and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, kept intact with original accessories, manual, and warranty cards (if applicable) at the time of returning the product. To complete your return / replacement, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
All returns / replacements are at the sole discretion of the Company.
If you need to return / replace your purchased good(s), send us an email at enquiry@pivotplay.co to report the issue faced within 3 business days of product delivery, and our admin will be happy to guide you through the process. Kindly state the subject as Return/Replacement and attach a clear photo evidence.
It is important to note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over USD 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
