Shipping Policy (effective as of 01-01-2022)

PivotPlay Enterprise (“we” and “us”) is the operator of www.pivotplay.co (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

PivotPlay ships worldwide out of our Malaysia warehouse. If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. 

Dispatch and Transit Time

We usually ship within 2 business days of payment of order. Shipments within Malaysia should arrive within 5 - 7 business days after your order has shipped based on your location and shipping speed selected. Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 business days. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected. All delivery windows are estimates as couriers can be impacted by delays and other unforeseen factors beyond our control. Please wait up to 48 hours for the shipping provider to update the tracking number for you to follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. 


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

You may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or VAT charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests to change the value of any order because the actual amount paid may be required to be entered onto the shipping label. Please check your local customs for exact charges prior to purchasing from us. 

You agree to be aware that you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. 


The actual amount of direct losses for damaged or lost items loss is based on the actual value/costs of the contents as stated on the purchase invoice of the said damaged or lost items or a maximum value of what is stated by the third-party courier company for both domestic and international shipments, whichever is lower, for each consignment note. 

Insurance coverage of any procurement DOES NOT serve as a guarantee that the shipment is free from damage or guarantee of compensation; any insurance coverage shall only affect/vary the total amount of compensation.

Parcel Lost or Damaged in Transit

Please inform us at enquiry@pivotplay.co with all specific details, and we shall update you as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation into the claim.
